African Entrepreneur Exhibition Trade Fair Limited (AFRIENEXTRADFE)

Effective Date: 26 – 28 November, 2025.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the African Entrepreneur Exhibition Trade Fair (AFRIENEXTRADFEL). These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all AFRIENEXTRADFEL events, including exhibitions, trade fairs, and related activities (“AFRICAN ENTREPRENEUR EXHIBITION”). By registering or participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions
“Organizer” refers to AFRIENEXTRADFEL and its authorized representatives. 
“Participant” refers to exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, delegates, and visitors.
“Event Space” means all venues, online platforms, and digital services associated with AFRIENEXTRADFEL events.

3. Registration and Participation
All participants must complete official registration through designated channels. 
Registration is non-transferable without written consent. 
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke access for non-compliance or misconduct.

4. Fees and Payments
All applicable fees must be paid in full before the Event begins.
Late payments may attract surcharges. 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the Event.

5. Exhibitor Obligations
Exhibitors must set up and dismantle within the allocated timeframes. 
All promotional materials must comply with AFRIENEXTRADFEL’s branding and conduct guidelines. 
No illegal, hazardous, or counterfeit goods may be displayed or sold.

6. Conduct and Code of Ethics Participants must Maintain professionalism and cultural respect. 
Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. 
Obey all local laws and venue regulations.

7. Liability and Insurance
AFRIENEXTRADFEL is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the Event. 
Exhibitors and vendors must carry appropriate public liability insurance.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding belonging to AFRIENEXTRADFEL are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce or distribute without authorization.

9. Data and Privacy
Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering, you consent to being contacted regarding AFRIENEXTRADFEL-related activities.

10. Force Majeure
AFRIENEXTRADFEL is not liable for delays or cancellation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

11. Amendments
These terms may be updated at the discretion of AFRIENEXTRADFEL. Participants will be notified of substantial changes.

12. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
